Hi, I just got this keyboard from a seller in Facebook. Product was bought in Jan. 2021. I’m not sure if this still covered by Razer’s warranty policy. 

Here’s what I tried already: 

1. Plugging in to a laptop (Macbook Air M1) and tested https://drakeirving.github.io/MultiKeyDisplay/ 
2. Replacing switch with the right control 
3. Uninstalled driver (Device Manager)
4. Plugging in to another port (front and back ports of the case) 
5. Different Type-C cable 
6. Opened the keyboard to test the sensor 

and yet, left control is still not working. My current workaround was to just copy the macbook keyboard layout by using changing alt to ctrl.
