Hi,
sometimes when I write normally, suddenly more text appears than I typed. I quickly remove it and continue typing, so I don't exactly know what is being typed, but it often looks like text I just typed.
Does someone know what could cause this? I didn't have this problem with my old G910 keyboard. I have Razer Synapse installed and updated the firmware using the firmware updated.

When I type very quickly, the keyboard turns off after a while and resets. I am very disappointed, this keyboard is too expensive to do such stuff right at the start. I am returning it.

It has been happening to me too.

I have done the following and so far it has not happened again:

  • Update keyboard firmware
  • Updated Synapse software
  • Checked that there was no trace of drivers and software of previously connected peripherals (Logitech & Corsair).
  • Connect to a rear USB port of the tower (avoid hubs)
