Razer huntsman v2 volume wheel not changing volume

I have this keyboard: RAZER™ HUNTSMAN V2 - OPTICAL GAMING KEYBOARD (LINEAR RED SWITCH) - NORDIC LAYOUT.

 

I just got it this week, and ever since I’ve got it the volume wheel won’t work. When I scroll it, the volume bar for windows pops up but it neither goes up or down. It just stays at whatever I’ve put it at.

The volume bar works for muting when I press it down however.

I’ve tried searching for a solution, and tried changing the buttons on Synapse to get it to work. Also reinstalled Synapse and updating+repairing the software. 

I’ve tried finding firmware updater but can’t find the right one.

 

Any help please?

Set the mute button to mute all and if that doesn’t work just disable the mute function through Synapse and only allow volume up and down for the scroll wheel. That is what worked for me.
