Razer Iskur Tilt Mechanism Replacement

I have been attempting to deal with Razer support and am having a heck of a time getting replacement parts to fix my defective Razer Iskur chair. The weld on the tilt mechanism, or part H, broke and is unsafe to use. I also need to obtain a new chair lift which Razer claims is backordered and cannot send out the parts until it is in. Does anyone know of a decent replacement tilt mechanism I could order outside of Razer due to their inept responses to multiple requests? It also seems based on other people's feedback that the weld breaking on the tilt mechanism is quite common even on the replacements so it may be better to find a different version anyway. I appreciate any feedback to point me in the right direction.
