hallo i registered my razer kaira succesfully and i cant use the 7.1 sound because i dont have the activation code and i didnt receive any email of the code

also i put my serial number to razer id and it says ‘’Your Razer device is not eligible to receive a 7.1 Surround Sound activation code. Please refer to 7.1 Surround Sound System For Gaming Headset for eligible products’’
