Hello everyone!

Ive had this probleme with my headset since ive had it (2 years) the probleme is that its very hard to connect it to any device (Xbox and any device)and i feel like its not really going to pair mode it only does that little noise but thats it and i dont know if i should buy new headphones or try to fix this i tried getting email and live chat but it didn’t really help so im asking you guys your help thank you! Edit: I tried Razer Audio but it didn’t find the headset
