razer kaira pro for xbox not pairing

Wont pair to the razer audio app, just wondering if this is me or it just isn’t compatible. If it is just me, what steps do I take to resolve this? It connects to my phone easily but says it can not find the device when scanned for

    Try downloading the Razer Headset Setup for Xbox from the Microsoft Store. Only the Razer Kaira Pro for PS5 is supported by Razer Audio App. If you need further assistance, PM me the serial number so I can verify its model and check my resources for steps to help you further with your concern.
