I have the Razer Kaira Pro. The d pad dosent work all the way. The left and right side works when you press it. The up and down on the d pad doesn't work. I say about 4 days ago the d pad was fully working. I could press up down left and right and it would respond correctly but now it just the left and right side of the d pad that works. I keep it in a good place when I'm not using it. Nothing touches it or pressed against it neither.
