Razer Kaira Pro Xbox - crackling noise

I have a Kaira Pro Xbox, it's been working well for few months, but now the sound it's all messed up, even the bip on turning on is all crackled ... Checked the firmware update, but is already in the latest version. Connected to a PC and force the firmware update but it says already in the latest and doesn't run the update. What can I do now? Factory reset? How?

    Thank you for your support, but the links you've sent are for Razer Kaira and I have Razer Kaira Pro, so it doesn't update. File from your link-> "KairaforXbox_Headset_FirmwareUpdater_v1.00.14_r1" Can you please send the proper link? thanks.

    Hello i ma having some audio issues when i connect the kaira pro to my ipad it has a lot of latency problem can someone help me ? Its firmware is not up to dateDo i update its firmware? Please help me someone

    The Razer Kaira Pro for Xbox is designed for the following:
    • Xbox One, Xbox One S, Xbox One X, Xbox Series X/S
    • PC Windows 10 64 bit or higher with free USB port (may require the Xbox Wireless Adapter for Windows 10)
    • Device with Bluetooth 5.0 ( it will need the Razer Audio App for Andriod and iOS mobile devices)
