My BT Kitty headset is not charging or powering on. I’ve tried using different usb ports on my laptop and wall outlets, The light flashes green for a second then goes solid red.

Did you also try using a different charging cable? If the problem persists, it’s highly likely a hardware problem. Please PM me the serial number of your headset so I can validate its model and check our options. Thank you!
Hi, Im having same issue. Even bought the pink headset stand with two usb charge ports. As soon as I plug in headset, it turns green then goes off. I havent been able to charge it for the longest and it stays at 10%.
