Hello there!
I just bought Razer Kiyo today, I try to put it on OBS but it shows “USB Video Device.” I tried to unplug and uninstall the device but it repeatedly show the same name. I also try to update its firmware from 1.0.1 to 2.3.2 but it says “To proceed with the update, please contact Razer support.”
Please help me fix my cam. Thank you
