Razer Kiyo Not working

Mine does the same thing. Stopped working in the middle of a meeting around Thanksgiving and I decided to throw a couple of hours at it today to try and get it working again. Repaired & Updated Synapse to the latest version, Updated my firmware on the camera too. Yes, I rebooted and tried unplugging & replugging it in a couple of times. Does exactly what you're describing - I plug it in and Synapse finds it until I actually go to click on it in Synapse, and then it disappears.

Fixed part of the issue by doing the following

• uninstalled synapse
• reinstalled synapse
• reinstalled kiyo driver from this link (https://drivers.razersupport.com/index.php?_m=downloads&_a=view&parentcategoryid=977&pcid=702&nav=0,702)

This seems to have resolved issue.

Okay, I did exactly that. Unfortunately, that didn't fix it. Same behavior as before.

I bought Razer Kiyo. Problem was that "camera being used by another application" and razer synapse shows something about camera is using different settings and there was to click camera or synapse. But nothing worked. I unscrewed the camera and unhooked the ribbon/tape from the matrix and reattached it. The problem is gone and the camera is working now. Maybe it will be helpful

I've seen that error too. Not sure what you mean by unscrewing the camera and reattaching a ribbon, though.
