Purchased March 2022 and has been working perfectly until last week. Audio is on right side only. From voice saying power on, pairing, bluetooth connected etc. to sound. Here's what I know so far...



1. Headset works the same on any device - sound only from right side. No connector used other than bluetooth.



2. Volume is not set to low.



3. Under sound settings (playback), set Headphones Razer Kraken BT HK&Friends Ed. as Default Device. Device has sound still from right side only.



4. Sound unbalanced (Yes!) - Under playback went to properties, then levels, then balance, right and left has same volume with still no sound producing from left side.



5. Exited THX Spatial and Razer Synapse and did clean reinstall. Device works the same with audio from right side only.



6. Uninstalled drivers and with restart, drivers reinstalled. Headset still has sound from right side only.



7. *****Chroma studio works perfectly on headset (Can control rgb on both sides independently and sync with my other chroma devices using synapse)



8. *****Under sound, then under playback making thx speakers default, under properties then balance, when adjusting left, increase and decrease is heard through right side of headset. When adjusting right, increase and decrease is heard through the right side of headset.



Any advice or something I haven't tried would be most appreciated!!!!
