My dog chewed the cord on my headphones and not they are not working. They are no longer covered by the warranty. Is there somewhere I can send them or do I have to buy new ones?

    Go to some local electronic tech, who will replace this cable. Depends on your Kraken model - there are some 3rd party cables on ebay etc.

    Hello! I hope it's not a problem, that I don't open a new discuccion. It's about my Kraken Kitty. I installed everything, new drivers etc. It works when I listen to music, but soon as I start a game, it disconnects and connects on and off in every 3 sec. When I was looking at the settings, I realised, that it makes the same connection problems, when I choose the "recording" task, or anything what wants to use the mic (sound settings, discord, ect). Is this a driver problem? Can I fix it somehow? For now I disabled the mic, but whats next, so i can use it?
