Razer kraken headset, lights up, then off
I have just bought a new Razer kraken V3 headset.
I plug it in, it lights up and then the light goes off.
PC is not seeing the headset.
I have installed synapse.
It detects my Razer mouse and keyboard but not the headset.
And when I download the headset drivers, it tells me to plug in the headset.
I have plugged it in different usb ports and a different PC and I am still getting the same issue.
Does this mean it is faulty?
