Razer Kraken kittty volume too loud

Hello there, I have the Kraken kitty Black USB. the volume is loud. I have to set on windows 6 to 12 to have confortable volume. If I go up to 80 or 90, I could be deaf and all my USB peripherials disconnects for 2 seconds and reconnects instantly. The volume level bar in synapse 3 and windows are te same. I wish I could balance/manage the maximum volume of the headset. I tested : - clean resinstall of synapse 3 - unplug/resintall/update the headset's driver.
