Razer Kraken Kitty Edition (USB device not recognized)

for almost a year now, I can’t use my Razer kraken kitty for it’s keeps disconnecting/ reconnecting. with poping sound. I also have a razer ornata chroma keyboard and azer basilisk Ultimate (mouse). Yesterday when I tried plugging in my razer kraken kitty it works for about 30 mins. then I found out it automatically updates on razer synpase. after the update my razer kraken kitty connect be recognized by my Laptop. I tries uninstalling the synpase and using the razer device detection tool. but my kitty can’t be recognized anymore. I also tried manually unistalling the drivers via device manager but still no fix. it keeps saying usb device can’t be recognized. Please fix this razer. I’ve been a big fan of your products and taking them care for it’s not cheap and this is what I get.

Hello DasAuge,

Did you try using a different USB port or test the headset on a different computer? Please PM me your device serial number so I can provide other workarounds. All the best!
