Hi! My name is Valeria. About a year ago I bought Razer Kraken Pro V3 headset in the official store . After about 6 months I got an issue — after rebooting PC the headset was show as connected to my PC, but it was no sound. The headset was charged, and it was the turning off/on sound, but no sound from pc. After few days I solved this problem by using pairing app, without using usb dongle ( I have no idea where is it, and I even don’t remember if it was in the box, because I usually sensitive to such things and keep everything, including box, but I admit that I was just lost the dongle). And now, after about 2 months later, I have this issue again. First thing was no sound from the World of Warcraft, but it was the sound from another apps, YouTube for example. First of all I checked in-game sound, then I checked sound settings on the PC, and reloaded the game, but it didn’t help. So I rebooted the PC just in case, and the sound disappeared even from another apps. I checked everything few more times, including drivers, dirt and tried to use the way that helped me last time, but now it’s or asks me about the dongle, or have everlasting synchronization. What should I do?

Hello rinieri,

I’m here to help. Please try to perform the troubleshooting steps in this article. If possible, try to test the device on a different PC. If the problem persists, PM me your headset serial number so I can verify its model and check for available firmware updates. All the best!
