Hi, so I look through all the internet and I couldn't find help. Completly out of blue my headset stopped working properly, the left side is really really quiet like, can't hear anything besides some noises in windows sound control panel. I don't know why but when I plug it in to my phone or trouth splitter or trough gamepad it works but not when plugged just in to PC. I dont know if it's problem with my PC or Headsets so please if you know something that could help, i really appreciate this. Thanks to all in advance

Does the issue happen while connecting the Razer Kraken Tournament Edition to your Pc’s 3.5mm or through its USB Audio controller? Did you try isolating the concern by plugging the device into another port on your PC? Check if your Windows Device Manager detects any missing or disabled sound-related categories. Ensure to update your headset’s firmware by downloading it here. You may also run Windows Sound Troubleshooter. Let me know how it went.
