Razer Kraken ultimate reconects and disconects

Hi i have problem with my Razer Kraken ULTIMATE edition 
I have it for over a year now 
And it started to make pooping sound disconnecting and reconnecting every few minutes 
I have tried installing new Windows , i have also tried reinstalling the razer Synapse 
Pluged in one by one device 
0 luck 
Problem is still here , im going crazy i have given a lot of money for that headphones and they lasted me for a little over 12 months

Is there any chance i get a new pair of headsets since i have 2 year warranty written on the box 
Only problem is i lost receipt since its been few months since i bought them but im sure you can check it with numbers i have sent 
I hope you can help me 
All my gear is from Razer and i really love your products 
Would not want to switch to someone else
