Razer Kraken Ultimate Sidetone feedback with Synapse running

Hi Folks, recently my Razer Kraken Ultimate headset has been giving me issues with Sidetone. While I have Synapse not running, I have 0 problems at all. However, while Synapse is running I get popping and crackling coming from my Sidetone. I've tried 2 different clean installs today, reinstalled drivers multiple times, and even tried it on a second computer that has Synapse with no problems there either. Does anybody have any advice on how to fix this? I would really like to have sidetone on, and have synapse running.

Did you isolate the issue by connecting the Razer Kraken Ultimate to another USB port or computer? Ensure to connect the device directly to your computer USB port. Does the behavior happen while using the guest login of Razer Synapse 3.0? Please try the Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj. Once done, restart your computer, then reinstall the software. Let's see how it goes.
