I bought headphones (Razer Kraken v3 Hypersense) this winter and I keep getting a message about razer TNX Spatial Audio. When I went in to turn it on, I was asked to enter an activation code - and I have no idea where it is, I searched through all the headphones but did not find it anywhere. I went to the raser site to look for my problem but was told that my earphones quote "not authorized to use this technology". But the box says that the device supports this technology, please help me!

The Kraken V3 Hypersense is a device part of the supported devices in Synapse 3.0, so you can tweak its settings. You can download the trial version of the THX Spatial here and decide if you want to avail of its full version.

Thanks, but I really want to use the full version. But I can't find the activation code anywhere, can you tell me where I can find it?
i had that at beginning, but was removed from synapse 3. what to do?
