Dear all members, My headset Razer Kraken V3 X headband are broken and the audio in and mic are functional. But i need to know does razer cover any warranty regarding broken headband? If yes, how and what is the procedure. Hope all member reply, Thank You Best Regards

Hi aeroplaneFlame676, Please PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and a photo of the broken headband through Google Drive for documentation purposes.
