Razer Kraken X, cannot select device for surround

Well, I've finally registered Razer Synapse 3 with a new device I've bought 2 days ago - and now I've got a serious problem. I just cannot select ANY device for surround at all. Maybe It's because of windows 7, maybe it is because of my audio card(ASUS XONAR PHOEBUS), maybe because of some other software. And I need my pc's working for at least a month. Maybe there is some kind of solution? Synapse 2 worked flawlesly with my older headset Razer Kraken Pro. Thanks
