soo i have the Razer kraken x headset almost 2 years now and everything was fine. two day ago i had to do a hard reset on my laptop and since then my mic doesnt work anymore idk what to do.. like if i test the mic my laptop picks up the sound and not my headset for some reasone i already tried to update the driver but that didnt help. what can i do now?
