So I have a razer kraken X, and it works perfectly well on PS4, no issues with the mic or the actual sound. But when I use it on my Laptop the mic is very very quiet, you can barely hear. The speakers are working though. I have used a splitter, made it the default mic, and all that stuff but doesn’t seem to work and is still very quiet. Also, the headset won’t show up on the razer synapse app.
