Razer Leviatan 2 sound issue

Hi. My new Razer Leviatan soundbar conected to PC by aux cable and for some reason only right chanel playing. I had try connect by bluetooth with same result. Left speakers is dead or I'm doing something wrong? Any advise will be helpful Cheers

    Try to check the Windows and Synapse sound settings for further isolation. Make sure the cables are plugged in all the way through. Update the firmware by following the steps here.
