hello, just signed up on the forum. been a razer guy for a few years. Bought the new Leviathan off of amazon and when I go to plug it in synapse will now not start. Tried to restart the services, didn't work. Did a clean Install with everything (av and firewall) off. still having the same problem. Is this a bug or am I doing something wrong? Wanted this for so long about to chuck it out the window.

*update* just got done doing a firmware update and can only use it with my PC in Bluetooth mode. Problem still happens when I try to use it in PC mode synapse says there is a problem and to close and restart. When I do I see a command prompt trying to run but it closes instantly and synapse fails to start. Thinking the problem might be with synapse but I am not sure. Could use some more info if possible.

Please download and install our Razer Driver Clean-up tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove all Razer-related files, restart your computer, and reinstall the Razer Synapse 3.0. Let me know how it went.

I have already tried this method and have gone through the steps with support and they still could not help me. case #(*Omitted for security purposes).

I removed your case number for your security. I reviewed the last message from the team. Did you try replicating the issue while using a different computer? Ensure that your Windows .NET Framework is updated too.

Yes I did. It works on the other pc I tried, also running the latest version of windows 10 and .net framework up to date. what I don't understand is why this device will not work on the pc in question. I have been through level 1, 2, and even devs with this case and even they could not replicate the issue as you have reviewed in the case.

I see. Thanks for sharing. I've tapped our Support Team regarding the headset's ongoing issue. Thanks for your cooperation.

My leviathan did the same thing a few months ago. I don't know how much difference it actually makes, but it seemed to work for me after taking out the power and subwoofer cables, holding the power button for 3 - 5 seconds. I don't know if it will work for you, but it worked for me so I'd give it a try.

Thanks for sharing your workaround here. Hopefully, ultranox tries this and confirms if it made a differenc
