Razer Leviathan v2 equalizer not working

Having the same problem with my Razer Nari, problem started after installing Windows 10 update KB5018858. Noticed that when I turned on my computer, all of my Razer peripherals (mouse, keyboard, headset) were turned on and off about 3 times before settling into the active state. I have experienced this symptom before, where I just restarted my PC and it would resolve. But restarting my computer did not fix the flat-sounding audio for every one of my EQ profiles. The sound device I have enabled is the "Razer Nari - Game". Enabling "THX Spatial - Synapse" (the device, not the setting, as the setting does nothing) instead provides the functionality I require as a work-around but I have not found a way to fix the original issue - where the "Razer Nari - Game" isn't communicating with Synapse. Again, restarting my PC does not fix the issue. Edit: Changing which USB port on my PC where the dongle sits fixes the issue. Windows goes through the driver install process that it does with all new devices. Reinstalling Synapse and purging Razer drivers might also fix it.
