Razer mamba elite mouse

My razer mamba elite mouse does not seem to be letting me left click and hold down. In a game I can not hold down the button and auto fire I can only click fire. I can also not highlight text. This seems to be a problem with software. How would you fix this without factory reseting your computer.

Did you already try to perform a clean installation of the Synapse 3 app? If not yet, you can follow the steps here. Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the connection issue of your mouse.
