Razer Mamba Elite Scrolling problems

Hello, I purchased this mouse in March of 2021 and have been noticing some scrolling issues. I scroll down, but it jumps up, and makes it really annoying to scroll. I purchased some Isopropyl Alcohol to try and clean it with a Q-Tip, but it didn't help. I also tried using some compressed air, but again, it didn't do anything for me. Would this be covered in the limited warranty? Thanks!
