There is nothing physically wrong with the mouse or cable. I have made sure to update everything possible synapse/firmware. Have read others having the same issue with no fix. What do I do? I have always bought Razer gear and this has been the only time ive been really disappointed. Makes me hesitant to buy the latest “upgrade”.
