Razer Mamba TE Tracking issues with Firefly HE
I have had my Mamba and Firefly for a while, but when I have the mouse directly on the firefly, the tracking is jumpy and not precise at all and is very jumpy with movements. I have tried calibrating with synapse, but the only way it will work is if I have a cloth mousepad on top of the razer one. I know the tracking on the mouse is fine, but its as if the texture of the Firefly is bad or something and is causing this.
Any help is much appreciated!
It sounds like the Firefly's surface texture might be interfering with the Mamba's sensor. Try cleaning both the mouse and the pad, or consider updating your Synapse software. If the problem persists, using a different pad might be the best solution.
