Razer Mixer Mute Mic Button Not working

I’m having the same Issue.  I been able to detect how and when this issue happens.

In windows 11 an app that uses a mic has a couple of ways to select the mic.  1) of them is selecting the windows default device.  2) select the device my name in my case “raizer x”

If I use the first one the state of the buitton is ignored

if II use the second one it works well.

The cool thing about this is that the mic still works for voice assistant but not to the app like a game.

My microphone mute button doesn’t work (Razer kraken X with mini jack 3.5mm)
In instruction there is that if i see red thing on a button im muted, but when i do microphone test my pc ignores the button. Did anyone face this problem before? Does he/she know how to slove it?
