Razer Mouse Dock Chroma not recognized in Windows

Hello all, I'm having trouble trying to get the Razer Mouse Dock Chroma (RC30-03050) to be configurable in Synapse 3. For some reason, even when I plug it directly into the computer, I never get any sound that it's been plugged in, and it does not show up in Synapse. It charges the mouse just fine, but cannot be configured in Synapse 3. Synapse Version: 3.7.1103.110716
