So I have a Razer Blackwidow Keyboard which is working fine on my PC, however, my Deathadder Elite is not working, it’s not lighting up and I can’t use it. 

Everytime I try to plug it in I get the notification that the USB has malfunctioned and I get the error code 43, I’m not sure how to fix this as I think I would need a seperate driver or something to install. This mouse works on my laptop for context (the old one which I have been using)

Things I’ve tried: updating drivers on device manager

installing third party driver updaters like iobit

plugging it in and out

restarting multiple times

using hardware and devices troubleshooter (using command prompt) this helped a bit as it glowed for a bit and then stopped glowing and didnt move

uninstalling usb devices on device manager and then restarting

I’m kind of at a loss and would appreciate any help or advice, I tried by myself for many hours but I think now is a time to ask for help, thanks!
