Razer Naga pro faulty side buttons 12 button panel

Hello. I have received a brand new Naga Pro v1 as a gift today, but I am having issues with the 12 button panel. The buttons do no register properly, and often not at all. Certain numbers barely work at all (2, 3 and -) and the other register maybe 3 out of 4 presses. Obviously this is unusable. I have tested the 2 button and 6 button side panels and they both appear to work fine. I have tried the following and the issue still persists... - Tested via the wireless dongle, bluetooth, and with the USB cable - Cleaned the connecting pins of the mouse and side panel - Updated firmware - Reinstalled razer synapse - Tested without synapse open - Tried it on a second PC None of this works. So I am assuming its a hardware issue specifically with my 12 button side panel. I have attempted to contact support but the website says they are closed till January 6th, so while I am waiting I thought I would post here and see if anyone has any other suggestions that may make it work? Its incredibly frustrating having a brand new mouse not work properly :(
