Razer Naga Pro Issue with side keybinds also

I was using my mouse's side keybinds last night with no issues. Today when I turned my system on they are no longer working. I have Synapse up and see the profile for the mouse changing and the layout for the side buttons updating there but seems the mouse does do anything. I tested by open up notepad and swapped the profile in Synapse to the game's profile and pressed the side mouse button 1 which is assigned to be the ` key but when pressed in notepad it is displaying 1. This is the same thing that is happening in the game. I saw the following post was having the same issue as me. /razer-naga-issue-with-keybinds.80744/
