Razer Naga Pro keybinds change on their own

So I just received my Razer Naga pro mouse last night. I installed the software and set the keybinds of the 6 buttons on it to NUMPAD 1-6. The problem is this only works for a short time until all the keybinds change to random things. Button one turns to END and the others turn to the arrow keys on the numpad. I am currently playing World of Warcraft while seeing this happen. I tested the keybinds outside of the game as well, worked at the start and then about 30 minutes later it completely changes on me for no apparent reason.
