Razer Naga Pro: Not charging. No lights. Completely dead.

My Razer Naga Pro (purchased in 2021) just completely died this morning. I’ve connected the USB cable to power (both computer and wall powered hub) and there are no lights or any other indication of life. I’ve tried a different cable and I’ve verified that the Razer cable works (i.e. other devices can charge using it) so it’s definitely something in the mouse itself. 

 

I’ve looked through the forum and can see a couple of other, similar cases…but no solutions. Has anyone recovered from this? Any ideas if this can be fixed?

    Mine did this a few months back and then it started workin again by charging it via wall plug but it jus died 3 days ago again and now it is dead dead. i have a feeling its junk batteries in the mice themselves, i am thinkin about pulling it apart n checking. mines only not even year and a half old
