Hey, as the title says, my naga pro isn’t connecting to the 2.4 dongle, it can connect via usb cable, but as soon as I try the dongle it won’t connect. The mouse appears in synapse, and turns on, but it won’t click, or move the cursor around. I’ve tried to pair the dongle and mouse together, twice, and I’ve updated the firmware.

I’m sorry to hear about your Razer Naga Pro not connecting to its dongle. Make sure to plug the mouse directly to your computer USB port and not into a USB hub.
