Razer Naga Pro not detected in Synapse 3.0

My razer naga pro will not be detected by synapse 3.0. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times and am having no luck. It detected it for a few minutes after the first uninstall, but when I downloaded the macro plugin the mouse was no longer detected. I have uninstalled the mouse drivers in device manager as well with no luck. I had recently updated windows and I started to have this problem, I uninstalled this update but the problem still persists. any ideas on what I can check next?
