Razer Naga Pro Sidepanel Issues

Since purchasing the mouse, maybe a month or so, I've had nothing but issues with the 12 button sidepanel losing connection, buttons not working etc. This is becoming more frequent, after cleaning the pins etc and still having the issue, what else can I do? I remember buying a naga back in 2016 which had a fixed sidepanel and had no issues with it. The mouse is super comfortable for me and it would be a shame to have to stop using it but arguably, this has been the worst mouse for issues that I have used.

Hi AfraidKnot, Does the issue persist even if you plug the mouse into a different USB port or test it on a different PC? If yes, that's highly likely a hardware problem. PM me the serial number and share a copy of your receipt so I can start a case for a replacement. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
