Razer Naga Trinity button issue

Hello,



I've been having issues with my Razer mouse. As an MMO player, I've been spamming buttons (where is the lie) but I realized my #4 button is not working anymore. I've tried all sorts of software resets as well as cleaning out the hardware but to no avail. Anyone know if there's a proper way to fix this issue?
