Razer Naga Trinity won't turn on.
Alright, I will start with how this all started in the first place.
There was an OS update that needed to be installed. Not the typical software update that Windows runs ever so often but it was an update to the operating system itself.
Anyways, I read somewhere a long time ago that it wasn't a good idea to leave things plugged into your computer while it updated because that could cause issues with the computer being able to update and it could also make the update take longer than needed with everything plugged in. So part of the way through the update, I unplug everything from the computer except my charging cord.
After the update was finished some issues came up but most were fixed already.
The problem I am having now is that my mouse will not turn on at all for anything if it is being used on my computer. If someone else is using it on their computer it works as if nothing ever happened to it.
It also only turns on when my computer is off.
I tried plugging it into my computer directly, moving it around on the USB hub that I have, turning the USB hub port off and then back on, and I have even tried uninstalling all razer software I had and then reinstalling it but nothing works.
I can't update the firmware (at least not on my computer) because although my computer recognizes that something has been plugged in, it doesn't recognize the mouse at all and it will not show up anywhere on my computer as a useable device.
Has anyone had this issue before and if so, how would one go about fixing it?
