Razer naga x disconnecting

Hey guys bought razer naga x mouse a year ago. Worked all fine until today in the morning when it just kept disconnecting, I plugged it in other USB ports didn t work, I plugged it in 2 others pc in my house and it didn t work. I reinstalled drivers didn t help, I reinstalled synapse didn t work. I took it to a friend tho that works with PCs and on his pc it worked just fine. I don t understand how and whats causing it to not work on 3 pcs yet works on other 1 normally. Help please

Were you able to further isolate the issue by temporarily disabling the Synapse 3 app? PM me the serial number so I can validate the model of your device and check for other model-specific steps to help you resolve the connection problem. Thanks!
