The microphone no longer mutes when the headset mic is flipped up. From tickets submitted by other users, I gather that this is a hardware issue. I would like to fix this myself if possible so as to not contribute to e-waste. Are you able to provide any guides or specs to taking apart the headset to fix this sort of issue. If not are there any guides, websites, or forums that you would recommend I use (at my own risk) to fix the problem?
