Razer Nari Essential Only Works on one side

I was playing a Valorant game today and towards the end of the game the right ear stopped working, not completely but it got almost defean. I would say it’s working on 5% of the noise that it is supposed to output.

razer needs to understand that there is no way a headset that is 5 years old can have such problems and not be solved… fcking garbage rich company caring about money and nothing else. This problem LEGIT EXISTS FOR 5 YEARS AND THEY HAVE SAID NOTHING ABOUT IT
