Razer nari flashing blue light and not connection to pc | Razer Insider

Hello there,

I am experiencing this problem for like 4-5 months now, but until now it went alright to say so, but now my razer nari (normal ones, not ultimate) are flashing a blue light whenever i power them on and they are not appearing in the sound center of my pc. Tried different troubleshootings for them but none worked so far, I’ve found a topic somewhere here for “ How to pair or connect a USB dongle to a Razer Nari headset with the Razer Nari Pairing Utility “, wanted to try that, but instead of “ PAIR “ I have update.

I don’t know maybe I’ve done something wrong or I’m missing something but I need some help.

I’m here to help. Was your headset able to connect to the USB dongle before? Were there any changes made to your system or device? Please PM me your headset serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a possible dongle replacement.
