So... i have the Razer Nari Essential Headphones wireless and when i try to charge them a red light appears but just seconds after the red light changes to pink light, and that pink light is screwing my headphones, because i cannot use them while they charge, and with this pink light it also seems like they dont even charge so if anybody knows about this i would be very thankful to have an answer... here is an image of what the light looks like...

Hi, I did see this. Do you usually wait for the battery to die on you before plugging in it to charge?
Usually when it dies, it wont let you use it until after it charged for a bit. Can you try keeping it on charge for abbot 1 hour and let us know if you can use it then.
